We want you to be confident in your purchase. If Balanced Living Blueprint is not a good fit for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
- Email from the email address used at checkout, or include your order number.
- No explanation or form is required.
- We will confirm your request within 2 business days.
Processing time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once processed, funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
Your access to the Balanced Living Blueprint app will be deactivated once the refund is issued.
Requests after 30 days
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund under this policy, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
