These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Balanced Living Blueprint (the "Program"), a digital product sold by ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Program you agree to these Terms.
1. The product
The Program is a digital fitness and nutrition education product delivered through the Balanced Living Blueprint web application (the "App"), which contains workout plans, exercise videos, nutrition guides, meal plans and progress trackers. No physical goods are shipped. The Program is for general educational purposes only.
2. Price and payment
The price displayed on our website is a one-time payment in the currency shown. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.
3. Delivery and access
After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email containing your access details for the App. Access is granted for the lifetime of the Program, including any updates we release to the App. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable changes to the App over time. If you do not receive your email within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
4. Personal, non-transferable license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Your login is for you alone. You may not share your account, resell, redistribute, publicly post or reproduce any part of the Program.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Health and safety disclaimer
The Program provides general information about exercise and nutrition. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. You participate in any physical activity at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort.
7. No guarantee of results
Individual results vary. We make no representation or guarantee regarding weight, body composition, performance or health outcomes. Any examples provided are illustrative only.
8. Intellectual property
All content in the Program, including text, design, videos and graphics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
